The Finance Data Reporting Analyst Sr is a data specialist that works with data and data management tools to establish and maintain accurate data sources for reporting and analysis. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with data structures and metadata to ensure consistency, security, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with business segments to gather requirements and specifications while developing enhanced data and reporting tools.
  • Work closely with Information Technology (IT) to understand data flows and develop efficiencies where possible.
  • Exercise sound judgment in analyzing and interpreting source data to ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for business leaders.
  • Work with end-users to develop best-practices in data retrieval and to answer data structure questions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Finance or Information Technology
  • 5+ years experience in Financial data/reporting/systems support

​ Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge and skill supporting Oracle Essbase / EPM Cloud environments.
  • Experience working particular technologies: OFSAA, SQL, SAS, BI tools, Database Analytic Tools
  • Knowledge of finance business processes and the interaction between systems and processes, including strong Excel skills and database query skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with any levels of management, up to and including the Executive level.
  • Ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities and work with limited direction.
  • Some weekend and late evening work required. Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
