Do you have experience of working within the HVAC or MEP sector? Do you have experience reading technical drawings and conducting take offs? Are you looking for a complete change of career which will involve travel across the US?

In this role you will gain a new skillset, receive comprehensive training and development, that will enable you to travel the nation conducting Take-Offs and Inspections of Commercial Properties and their Blueprints, to produce cost reports that will save your clients money.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Construction professional who is looking to come off the tools and work for a highly professional organisation where you will receive full training, have travel opportunities and be a part of a massively expanding company which would present future opportunities for career growth.

The Role:

  • Up to 6 months internal training program at the HQ in Arizona; you will be provided with the investment and resources needed to succeed.
  • Fully compensated travel to construction sites and commercial properties to conduct inspections and estimates of building components.
  • Using data collected from site visits to create property/building profiles to assess the percentage of depreciable personal property, that can be used by clients to save money in the future.


The person:

  • Experience in MEP/HVAC construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Eager to learn and travel.
