OVERVIEW

We are currently searching for a skilled professional to join a well-known client's team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Melrose Park, Illinois. This hybrid onsite and remote role will support all aspects of the company's business systems and identify process enhancements and systems design opportunities to improve the efficiency of the systems. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with all the areas of the business (production, supply chain, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, and third-party systems) that are interfaced with SAP systems
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and recommending change
  • Support routine production through business/system solutions
  • Provide references for users (writing/maintaining user documentation), help desk support, and user training
  • Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures
  • Lead business users, stakeholders, and IT team members to complete assigned workstream tasks in a timely manner and with expected level of quality
  • Solve organizational process problems by analyzing requirements and recommend system changes and/or procedures

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing industry experience required, pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of SAP implementation and/or operation and maintenance experience across the following: Batch Management, Demand Planning, MRP, Production Planning Detailed Scheduling (PP-DS), Production Execution (PP-PI), Quality Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing execution systems (MES), Plant Maintenance, and/or Inventory Management (EWM)
  • Experience in GxP environments and relevant testing requirements
  • Experience in computer system validation, authoring CSV deliverables, executing of testing, and resolving of defects
  • Ability to travel required - up to 25% (domestically)

EDUCATION
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required
