As a Senior Technical Product Manager, collaborate closely with skilled developers in a welcoming environment. By leveraging your business insights and technical proficiency, contribute to innovative solutions for prevailing challenges throughout the organization.

About the Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to identify pain points
  • Conduct technical market research to drive internal decision-making
  • Lead discovery sessions to validate new concepts
  • Work with engineering and product teams for strategic alignment
  • Enhance knowledge of advanced technologies like Kafka
  • Shape the team's strategy and roadmap based on insights
  • Manage daily product development activities
  • Refine technical requirements for efficient execution
  • Enhance kanban methodologies for process acceleration
  • Prioritize technical backlogs aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate on the release process with the Release Management team

About You:

  • 5-8+ years of product management experience in technical settings
  • Background in computer science, business, IT, or related fields
  • Familiarity with backend system components and platform methodologies
  • Adept at delving into technology intricacies to prioritize requirements
  • Proficient in stakeholder and project management
  • Effective communication of technical concepts to senior stakeholders
  • Team-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Nice to have: experience with Kubernetes, Databases, Kafka, or DataDog
  • Nice to have: familiarity with data engineering lifecycle and governance
