You'll spend time on the following:

  • Scout and Connect: Find and connect with local businesses to showcase Groupon's amazing deals.
  • Sell the Dream: Use your persuasive skills to present Groupon's value to business owners.
  • Seal the Deal: Negotiate killer deals and partnerships.
  • Crush Targets: Hit and exceed your sales goals like a pro.

  • Team Up : Work with different teams to ensure our campaigns are a smashing success.

We're excited about you if you have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, especially if you've done B2B or telesales (Internship roles also counts), cold calling is very nice to have.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Ability to form strong connections with clients.
  • Work with different teams to ensure our campaigns are a smashing success.
  • Quick on your feet and adaptable.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools (bonus points if you already know them).

What we offer:

  • Compensation: The compensation package for this role includes a base salary of $40,000 along with an on-target variable commission of $33,400, totaling $73,400 per year. After a 5 month ramp period, your commissions will increase to $60,000 per year, totaling $100,000 per year. It's important to note that the variable commission is currently uncapped, offering the potential for additional earnings based on performance.
