Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance requirements on manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless operations.
- Collaborate with all manufacturing groups to ensure that parts and tooling meet process expectations.
- Visually inspect work to guarantee exceptional product quality.
- Strictly adhere to safety standards set forth by the company Safety and LOTO programs.
- Identify and correct safety hazards and unsafe workplace behaviors to maintain a safe environment.
- Notify the department team leader of any problems concerning equipment, operations, materials, etc.
- Successfully implement any assigned related duties.
Education & Experience:
- 1-2 years of mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.
- General experience in using computers and computer applications.
- Educational background
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Possess good mechanical skills.
- Experience reading and understanding prints.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
- Safety-conscious approach.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
