Project Manager, Client Implementation
We are currently seeking a Project Manager, Client Implementation to join our team.
SUMMARY
This position is responsible for instilling a high level of customer satisfaction related to the successful implementation of new Workforce Optimization clients and worksite employees for Co-Employment customers. This role will take complete ownership of the client transition, interfacing with the client, Payroll, Service Operations and other internal departments for a remarkable transition through first payroll. Contributes to client retention by demonstrating depth, breadth, and level of care in every client interaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifies, develops and implements process and service improvements that result in the successful transition of a new client, improved client retention, and increased client satisfaction. Communicates to all stakeholders' successful transitions, any time constraints, and areas of concern or unmet client needs along with recommended solutions to resolve.Works with internal partners to ensure processes and solutions positively impact the overall client and employee experience. Leverages positive working relationships with internal partners to address issues and manages escalations to identify opportunities for process improvement. Adheres to the project schedules, solves day-to-day data/customer issues and answers questions related to specific implementation project execution. Escalates complex issues and follows through with resolution, ensuring appropriate communication to all impacted parties.Consults with client executives and key decision makers regarding current and future requirements, including payroll and reporting needs. Advises client regarding most appropriate systems to implement. Manages and monitors implementation project with client and internal partners (including Business Performance Solutions as needed) to ensure a seamless transition for the client.Establishes effective practices to recommend or implement solutions that focus on and deliver positive business results.Defines and executes implementation plan.Consults on Insperity services, benefit offerings, and payroll requirements as well as Business Performance Solutions as needed. QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.Three to five years of related experience is required. PEO experience is preferredWorking knowledge of business drivers for small businesses.Knowledge of HR or Business Process outsourcing.Customer service experience in a team environment.Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.Ability to prioritize issues/escalations and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.Proficient in call facilitation and meeting management.Proven project and service management, influence, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs and demonstrated ability to learn other application programs as needed.At Insperity, we celebrate the diversity of our employees and our leadership.
