Your Responsibilities

Provide engineering guidance and leadership at the operational level.

Manage and execute all aspects of capital projects, including facility expansions and capacity enhancements.

Identify and lead cost-saving initiatives through process improvements and automation.

Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and product line extensions.

Develop and prioritize engineering projects, creating a comprehensive Capital Plan for implementation.

Oversee project funding, schedule development, contract writing, and team coordination.

Lead the strategic development and execution of capital plans.

Prepare detailed project documentation, including studies, proposals, and technical reports.

Support new facility planning and construction, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

3-5 years of experience in leading engineering projects.

Strong project management skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Innovative thinking and resourcefulness in generating solutions.

Proficient in relevant software applications and engineering principles.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean principles.
