Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning: Define project sequences, required resources, materials, and subcontractors necessary for successful project completion.
  • Scheduling: Assist in creating and revising project schedules, ensuring alignment with project activities.
  • Client Liaison: Maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders, facilitating project activities.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare project-related documents, maintain records, and assist in data collection and analysis.
  • Communication: Liaise between company departments, handle information requests, and assist in meeting preparations and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication and Leadership: Proficiency in communication, leadership, and teamwork orientation.
  • Organization: High level of organization, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Technical Proficiency: Computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, email, and internet navigation are essential.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Education: College Degree or equivalent, trade school training, or 3+ years of project management experience in the Commercial construction industry.
