Practice Area

BCG is supporting the world's largest principal investors & private equity (PI) firms with the full spectrum of services covering the entire value chain from transaction services to transformative profit improvement programs for portfolio companies to strategy and operations work for the funds themselves.
We are organized into six distinct sectors:
Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs), Pension Funds, Hedge Funds, Family Offices and Infrastructure & Real Estate.

Are you a talented professional with experience of Private Equity or M&A transaction work? Do you want to advise long-term investors on strategy and operations? Are you driven to make a difference?

BCG is looking for Experienced Professionals to join our SEA team at the Consultant level within our Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) Practice Area.

As a core member affiliated to BCG's PIPE Practice Area, you will:

Be helping investors (private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporate, family offices, ) in the optimization of their capital.
This translates concretely for you in various missions at crucial moments of the life of the companies:
screening to identify market opportunities, Due Diligence to confirm the targets, or value creation Plans to determine developments.Work alongside some of the world's top minds in the industrySignificantly contribute to the development of our expertise and support our ambitious growth targets What You'll Bring Strong academics from a top-tier institutionA minimum of 6 years of work experience within a leading strategy consulting firm with knowledge of M&A and private equity transaction workCandidates with lesser experience will be considered at the Associate/Senior Associate levelA track record of leadership and achievement both in work and/or activities outside of workExperience from solvi­­ng complex business problems and devising business strategies, through formulating research and/or analytical approaches involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and communication of strategic solutionsExcellent communication and persuasion skills and written and spoken EnglishSolid business acumen, commercial capabilities and business judgementTeam player, open and positive in a group dynamic Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
