Position SummaryReporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Administrator will work with Operations/Quality to schedule production to both meet customer specified ship date and insure maximum operations efficiency.

Position ResponsibilitiesCalculate required production and testing time needed to complete scheduled production.
Responsible for coordinating customer service activities of establishment to service customer contracts and orders.
Generate SAP process order for each customers production.
Maintains Finished Goods stock inventory in Cold Storage for shipment against contracts.
Maintains Customer Service Files.
Assist with handling all responsibilities of Customer Service Manager.
Representative for all customer product requests.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Position RequirementsBachelors degree (BA) from four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong oral and written communication skillsStrong motivational and customer service skillsStrong mathematical proficiency; excellent PC skills including Microsoft.
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
