Position SummaryThis individual should be highly organized and proactive with broad knowledge of operational procedures gained through several years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining facility-related supplies, coordinating procurement, and providing administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of our facilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management:- Maintain an inventory of facility-related supplies and materials
- Coordinate procurement and replenishment as needed
- Ensure proper storage and organization of supplies
- Maintain inventory of office bars
- Analyze and resolve non-routine problems that require a deeper understanding of the issues
- Monitor facilities requests submitted for action by logging, tracking, following up, and ensuring proper closure
- Execute specific tasks delegated by the facilities team members
- Complete daily tasks independently, with access to guidance from more experienced team members
- Anticipate and plan for needs/issues to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in coordinating large gathering space, bar/event requests, and Employee Engagement and Social events
- Monitor event submissions, follow up on requests, and ensure proper closure
- Collaborate with the facilities team to resolve maintenance or repair issues, including those related to building, equipment and systems
- Monitor work orders to ensure issues are resolved promptly by tracking progress and following up to confirm proper task completion
- Aid in general administrative tasks related to facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the Facilities Teams, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, managing correspondence, and preparing reports or presentations
- Multiple years of experience in facilities management or a related field
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in computer applications
- Skilled in using operational tools and software
- Proven experience in coordinating with vendors and contractors
- Occasional lifting to 25lbs
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk or personal computer
- Primary work environment is a corporate office setting

FacilitiesThe salary range for this role is:
$ $35.27This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
