The Senior Coordinator Payroll for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for all payroll functions related to Radiometer, Hemocue and Sendex payrolls.

This position is part of the Payroll Department may be located in our Carlsbad, CA or Brea, CA offices. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Payroll Team and report to the Senior Manager Payroll responsible for all payroll functions related to Radiometer, Hemocue and Sendex payrolls. If you thrive in a critical role and want to work to build a world-class Manufacturing organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Review timecards to ensure accuracy using eTime
  • Ensure accuracy for regular hours worked, overtime worked, PTO entries and calculations, along with garnishment and withholdings
  • Maintain associate database and ensure associate information is classified correctly
  • Process bi-weekly and weekly payrolls including medical, dental, life, 401(K), fringe benefits, voluntary and federal and state mandatory deductions accurately and according to deadlines
  • Recommend process improvements and implement solutions
  • Attend to associate payroll-related questions and resolve matters timely
  • Perform special projects as required

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 4+ years experience performing hands-on full-cycle payroll in ADP PayForce payroll systems, ADP e-Time
  • Strong Excel knowledge including V lookups and Pivot tables
  • High School diploma/GED

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Workday experience

The hourly range for this role is $ $31.25. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
