Compensation:
- Up to $23.00 per hour, plus a $1.50 bilingual differential.
- Bilingual- Fluent in English and Spanish a must
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Preferred: 6 months of phlebotomy experience.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent healthcare vocational training.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience with EClinicalWorks or similar EMR systems.
- Preference for geriatric patient experience.
- High emotional intelligence and integrity with a dedicated work ethic.
- Initiative-driven with creative problem-solving skills.
- Effective collaboration with individuals of varying seniority and diverse backgrounds.
- Strong customer-oriented communication skills.
- Proficient in claims/quality reports and analytical software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
- Occasional travel may be required for company meetings.
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
