The Facilities Support- (Temp) will be responsible for helping maintain office spaces and kitchen areas with general cleaning during the day, as well as receiving and distributing lunches, distributing mail/packages and ensuring all office areas and kitchens have appropriate supplies. The Office Assistant will occasionally help the Office Manager or other management staff with various projects. The requisition is for a seven-week assignment.


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain office space for daily operation
  • Help keep kitchen areas stocked and clean throughout the day
  • Provide overflow administrative assistance as needed to management
  • Receive and distribute mail
  • Perform backup receptionist responsibilities when needed

Job Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-oriented position
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and quality focus
  • Flexible personality
