Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapy Assistant to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement selected components of patient treatment under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist
  • Obtain data related to the intervention provided and make modifications to progress the patient as directed by the Physical Therapist
  • Work in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility setting and provide high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduate with an Associate's Degree in Applied Science and pass the National Certification Exam
  • Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred
  • Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) State licensure or be eligible for state licensure
  • Current CPR card or certificate
