Homebase Medical is expanding rapidly into the San Mateo, CA area We are currently searching for both entry level or experienced full-time Advanced Practice Clinicians (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our expanding house call practice and primarily perform Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, Transition of Care visits, and Chronic Management visits.Responsibilities include:

What's in it for you?Pay scale information: The base salary / salary range for this position is $66,560.
