Field Operations Regional Support Consultant

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
The Contractor must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated ability to process and communicate detailed information
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as part of a team to accomplish shared goals CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monthly: Support quality assurance activities of field investigations and data recordings. This includes activities such as program reviews, individual case reviews, developing and delivering corrective recommendations, site visits, and formal QA reviews of maternal and congenital case reports.
Monthly: Assist in delivering training for statewide field operations workforce. This includes activities such as designing and delivering training on effective case management, ongoing improvements of the Quality Management Plan, and conducting reviews and updates of Technical Assistance Guidelines.
Monthly: Compiles and prepare performance measure data and composes narrative updates for program areas. This includes activities such as providing oral presentations and written reports.
Monthly: Provides ongoing consultation and technical support to designated area programs. This includes activities such as remote and on-site QA reviews, identifying and furnishing educational materials, and preparing evidence-based recommendations.
Monthly: Participate in formal congenital syphilis review board meetings with area programs to identify reasons why cases occurred, missed opportunities, and develop corrective recommendations.
