We're looking for a Growth ABM Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and play a critical role in further establishing Enlyft as a major industry player. The ideal candidate will step into an exciting role promoting and evangelizing predictive selling technologies to enterprise and high-growth organizations around the world. You must have a passion for building and scaling businesses by identifying the intersection of customer pain points, market needs, and product value. This role reports directly into the CMO.

You must have a solid background in B2B SaaS, along with top-notch strategy and marketing skills. Key to your success will be crafting and executing differentiated, enterprise-focused campaigns and innovative demand generation programs that drive quality engagements, pipeline, and revenue. Helpful to the role is having deep, working knowledge of the Sales & Marketing technology stack, day-to-day experience executing ABM plays to enterprise customers, and the ability to source and create content that converts.

You must also know how to succeed in a growing company and have the skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. It requires someone who is an excellent communicator and storyteller, analytical thinker, and can run multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. A passion for generative AI and transformation technologies is a must.

Responsibilities And Ownership

  • Translate business goals and objectives into quarterly and annual targets and plans.
  • Drive enterprise-focused demand generation initiatives across various marketing channels to generate qualified leads, pipeline and revenue - including digital marketing, SEM/SEO, content marketing, events, website, and partnerships.
  • Create end-to-end persona- and use-case focused playbooks and content that map to the SaaS buying journey.
  • Design and execute outbound repeatable ABM campaigns to reach prioritized enterprise accounts and buying committees.
  • Build out and promote the peer reviews program, along with proof points and customer testimonials that highlight Enlyft competitive differentiation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and continuously improve marketing performance.
  • Lead the marketing efforts around key product announcements and releases.
  • Stay up to date on best practices in ABM, demand generation, and data compliance regulations. Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements.
  • Be a subject matter expert and spokesperson on Enlyft products, technology, and value - regularly present internally, to customers, and at industry conferences.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5-7+ years of B2B marketing and working with SaaS B2B sales teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of success developing and executing growth marketing campaigns.
  • Experience driving digitally based marketing programs, including SEM/SEO, ABM, email nurture, and webinars and events.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution - skilled at translating business needs into digital strategy and driving that strategy across cross-functional teams at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, verbal/written and relationship building skills.
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities and possessing a data-driven mindset.
  • Superb project management skills and confidence to work within a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions in the face of ambiguity, and iterate fast.
  • Working knowledge of modern tech stack tools: Salesforce, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Outreach, Power BI, Gong, etc.
  • Possess a passion for GenAI, account-based marketing, and data intelligence.
  • BA or BS required, MBA or another advanced degree a plus.
