The Mechanic Lead/Technician position is responsible for carrying out planned or unplanned maintenance and repair activities for the Production Facility, Drill-Site, Seawater Treatment Plant, Grind & Inject, and Tie-in Pad on a wide range of turbines, compressors, generators, motors, valves, and other associated mechanical equipment.

This position is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) that works closely with and assists the Operations & Maintenance Manager in all aspects of the Facilities and Drill Site operations to ensure overall safe, effective, and efficient operations.

As part of our dynamic team during the project phase, this role will be part of the Integrated Commissioning and Start-up Team, leading Mechanical commissioning activities, system testing, and facilitating the transition from commissioning to full-scale operations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a state-of-the-art facility and shape its operational success.

ExperienceExperienced professional with Oil and Gas Construction and Commissioning processes.Minimum of 10 years in the oil and gas industry and capital projectsMinimum 5 years oil and gas industry experience in Hook - up & Commissioning projects.Experience in design and commissioning.Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and achieve project goals and milestones.Ability to produce of detailed technical procedures, documents and work instruction and reports.Good understanding of Completions Management System methods and workflow, combined with an ability to fit design to deliverable.Demonstrated Health, Safety and Environmental Awareness.Demonstrated written and oral communication skills across multiple employee levels and outside stakeholders.Good written and verbal communication skills
