Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions and follow-ups are documented.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on messaging, strategies, and campaigns.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as qualified leads generated, calls made, and appointments scheduled.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales development to continuously improve skills and strategies.
