Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire real estate transaction process from start to closing, ensuring a smooth and quick experience for clients
  • Consistently follow up with leads to expand the sales pipeline
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends to effectively answer client questions regarding homes and communities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and satisfaction among clients, ultimately increasing sales volume
  • Identify and develop new opportunities in specific geographic areas served by our team to support business growth Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid Real Estate License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, motivated, and eager for professional growth
  • A successful and proven sales history in real estate is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new technology
  • Membership with the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR)
  • Willingness to engage in an extensive training program for success, whether you are a newer or seasoned agent
  • Must have at least 2 years of real estate sales experience and at least 6 closed transactions
  • Please live and work in the Austin area Compensation: $150,000+
