Key Responsibilities:

  • Payment Management : Assist in creating and managing payment plans for students, ensuring a smooth and understandable process for parents and guardians.
  • Collection and Organization : Take an active role in collecting payments and organizing billing documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations.
  • Community Engagement : Play a crucial role in reaching out to parents and the wider community, fostering relationships that support our academy's growth and reputation.
  • Support Admissions Operations : Provide comprehensive support to the admissions team, contributing to the seamless execution of admission processes and enhancing prospective and current family experiences.
    • A proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills, capable of managing financial documents and engaging with our community effectively.
    • Experience in administrative roles, particularly in education or military academy settings, is desirable but not mandatory.
    • A team player who is ready to contribute to and grow within the admissions team, demonstrating dedication to the academy's mission and values.
