This position will support the Document Retention team. Document Retention is responsible for managing all inbound physical transaction requests in a storage area. Individual will be responsible for pulling and compiling the documents along with a reject letter to be sent back to the shareholder. Also responsible for contribution report balancing and IRIS pull requests. Also responsible for logging all outbound certificates for tracking purposes.

Core Duties/Responsibilities
- Customer Service (internal & external)
- Researching inquires
- Reviewing time sensitive and/or complex documents
- Revising departmental procedures
- Coordinate situations that involve other departments.
- Desktop deposits
- Pulling reports involving checks
- Retrieving documents
- Mailing active/archived work items and inserting comments
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
- Strong communication & problem solving skills
- Financial services and/or transfer agent operations experience preferred
- Ability to comprehend moderate to complex operational processes and their interrelationship
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service and display professionalism
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
- Self-starter with ability to follow client request through resolution
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Organization, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in IRIS and Document Retention Management (DRM) a plus
Education Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent GED.
Experience requirements
- 18+ months of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center.
- Lift 30 lb boxes
Compensation: $ $19.00 hourly
