Extracts and compiles data from a variety of automated information systems to include: MAXIMO, R.S. Means, and Enterprise Safety and Management System (ESAMS) to provide management information as required.

Makes all travel arrangements for Branch Supervisor and Engineering Technical and Facilities Operations Specialist (s) in Defense Travel System (DTS).

Coordinates all TDY requests and processes TDY orders for the facilities Division.

Requisition supplies, repairs for office equipment and printing services for the Facilities division using the government purchase credit card.

Coordinates resolution of hardware, software problems with pertinent, designated Installation Management personnel, Facilities Branch Users, DLA IT personnel and Contracted Vendors for equipment repairs.

Develops new report formats and assist management in the development of statistical metrics.
