Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably as a Chief of Staff or similar position. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and holistically about business challenges and opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team, drive innovation, and navigate complexity.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
