The Chief of Staff for the CEO and President of Chubb LATAM is a strategic and trusted advisor responsible for managing the daily operations and providing critical support to the executive in their role.
Job responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning: Assist the CEO and President in developing and executing key strategic initiatives, including market expansion, revenue growth, and competitive positioning.
- Communication and Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments and regions. Facilitate effective decision-making by collecting and analyzing relevant data.
- Project Management: Manage special projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO and President. Ensure timely and successful completion, while keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and President, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing presentations, and drafting correspondence.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators and operational metrics, identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support the executive administrative team, ensuring effective operations and a high level of service delivery.
- Confidentiality and Professionalism: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably as a Chief of Staff or similar position. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and holistically about business challenges and opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team, drive innovation, and navigate complexity.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
