*Job Description
  • Under the direct supervision of the RN, The Nursing Assistant provides basic patient care.
  • Assists with data collection.
  • Performs accurate measurements and recording of vital signs and intake and output.
  • Able to care for patients in restraints.
  • Documents accurately all cares provided to include date, time of entry, signature and title.
  • Demonstrates consideration of patient rights including confidentiality, privacy, safety, patient participation in the plan of care, and the right to considerate and respectful care.
  • Answers call bells promptly.
  • Introduces self to patient.
  • Makes round every two hours to determine patient needs.
*Requirements** 2 Years of CNA Experience in Acute Care Facility.

  • Floating is required.
