*Job Description*
* Under the direct supervision of the RN, The Nursing Assistant provides basic patient care.
* Assists with data collection.
* Performs accurate measurements and recording of vital signs and intake and output.
* Able to care for patients in restraints.
* Documents accurately all cares provided to include date, time of entry, signature and title.
* Demonstrates consideration of patient rights including confidentiality, privacy, safety, patient participation in the plan of care, and the right to considerate and respectful care.
* Answers call bells promptly.
* Introduces self to patient.
* Makes round every two hours to determine patient needs.

*Requirements*
* 2 Years of CNA Experience in Acute Care Facility.
* Floating is required.

* BLS
* CA CNA License
