  • Process/approve weekly time for assigned staff, ensuring compliance
  • Prepare and deliver approved PDR's annually for assigned staff and mid-year PDR's while continuing to counsel and coach staff to motivate and ensure work is completed timely and accurately
  • Bring any employee concerns, department or work related issues to the attention of the Project Manager for discussion
  • Oversee general daily work activities of assigned staff to ensure work is completed and response times are acceptable
Will also be responsible for the recruitment, retention and training of assigned administrative personnel on all aspects of the team work tasks:
  • Recruit and interview for new/additional staff as required
  • Oversite of Dataflex (DF) Operations
  • Oversite of Travel (local/domestic/International)
  • Oversite of Expense Reports
  • Oversite of Finance General Ledger (travel related)
  • Oversite of Travel Reports
  • Oversite of WBS Number Daily Communication
  • Oversite of Close Out and Deactivation of WBS Numbers
  • Oversite of SAAR Processing
  • Oversite of PA Processing
  • Oversite of Deliverables Processing
  • Oversite of Sub-Contractor time tasks
Recruit and Train Admin Personnel on all aspects of work assignments, such as:
  • Deliverable letter creation (based on new Project Assignment creation)
  • Resume retention, requisition and updates
  • ATC phone list
  • ATC organizational chart
  • Maintain ATC copier supply inventory and order new supplies
  • Provide support to IT services by maintaining spreadsheets, logs and employee equipment records
  • Maintain ATC travel log and send updates daily
  • Send out the daily WBS Active and Master Listings and IMMS data
  • Receive and process admin mail
  • Office file maintenance (shredding, etc.)
  • Special projects as assigned by the Project Manager and Supervisor
This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.

There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.Required Education, Experience, & Skills Associate degree and 2 years of experience in a related administrative field OR High School diploma and 5 years of experience in a related administrative field

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $133870

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
