JOB SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator coordinates internal and client-side communication of various services, projects, and technologies. These client-facing initiatives vary in size, complexity and cover physical and cloud network infrastructure, and Microsoft platform implementations. Initiatives also include the onboarding of new managed service clients. These multidimensional projects require the coordination of internal personnel and client personnel. The role ensures timely resolution of issues that impact timeline, budget and project scope.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads and oversees projects from initial planning stages to post-implementation follow-up, ensuring tasks are completed within specified timelines and budget constraints outlined in the project statement of work
  • Efficiently manages resources by supervising the daily progress of the project team to ensure project completion meets established benchmarks
  • Communication:
    • Foster open lines of communication with clients, building positive working relationships to provide transparency on project developments, tasks, expectations, and deadlines
    • Coordinates with all teams to achieve the implementation goals ensuring that timelines and budgets are met
  • Conducts routine follow-up meetings, emails, and phone calls to monitor the project team's progress, taking immediate action in cases of mis-coordination or unmet expectation
  • Proactively anticipates project developments by tracking and evaluating initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain progress
  • Ensures smooth execution of multiple tasks and initiatives by effectively multitasking to streamline project progression
  • Takes charge of crisis management by promptly resolving issues to minimize impact and maintain project momentum
  • Concludes projects by conducting client meetings to review results and satisfaction levels, followed by post-project feedback sessions with the project team to enhance future project implementation processes

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • College diploma in business or technology field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a fast-paced environment with direct responsibilities in process/project improvement and/or management

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in business or technology field
  • 5 years' experience working with direct responsibilities in process/project management

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including PC's, laptops, servers
  • Experience with desktop and server operating systems
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills

  • Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • This position requires driving occasionally
