PrizePicks is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager for our new Innovation team, working closely with our VP of Innovation and leaders across PrizePicks to define and drive how a member loyalty program will manifest in our user experience, building on the accessibility and community focus that are at the core of what makes PrizePicks great. As a member of the innovation team, you'll also strongly contribute to ideating and defining a variety of other net new products and businesses for PrizePicks. You'll develop deep knowledge of our current and potential members, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore, iterate, and build the future you strongly believe in.

What you'll do:

  • Strategize:
    • Become an expert on the PrizePicks product and deeply understand our members
    • Understand our competitive landscape to guide your thoughts around novel solutions to bring new members to PrizePicks and more deeply engage the customers we have
    • Apply best practices from competitive loyalty programs to define an experience that makes PrizePicks the obvious choice for predictive gaming, motivating members to consolidate their play with us, show off their status, and share their experience with others.
  • Execute:
    • Drive world-class execution in an end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
    • Develop a member-centric, data-informed roadmap driven by deep understanding of customer pain points, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback
    • Identify opportunities to innovate and improve products, while ensuring a great user experience for existing features.
  • Collaborate:
    • Collaborate with other product leaders, engineers, designers, and data scientists to define, build, and iterate on best-in-class products and user-facing features
    • Work with other primary stakeholders (like our UX, Creative, and Marketing teams) to develop the loyalty program and extend a variety of other features
  • Learn:
    • Deeply understand the DFS landscape, particularly new game modes, promotions, and user requests
    • Champion a data-driven approach to product decision-making
  • Grow:
    • Our team is growing rapidly. We want you to want to grow with it

What you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related disciplines
  • A proven track record of building products customers love, including experience in creating net new products that align with company strategy
  • Entrepreneurial drive, passion about our mission, and deep empathy for our customers
  • Strong product discovery and research skills
  • Experience creating products across web and mobile apps (Apple and Android app stores)
  • Self-driven with a sense of urgency and a knack for tackling unexpected problems
  • Experience participating in design sprints or other ideation processes

Where you'll live:

Candidates local to the Atlanta, GA area are preferred, but remote candidates will be considered , and if hired will need to travel to Atlanta roughly twice per quarter.
