Our programs support multiple Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense. We are seeking a Mid-Level Computer Engineer to support our customer's operations in San Diego, CA. This effort provides our Government customer with multiple types of engineering services in support of data technology development. This position will be on-site and will require an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities:

Research, design, develop, and test computer hardware and software programs
Supervise the manufacturing and installation of computers and computer-related equipment
Develop new computer software systems and to incorporate new technologies in a range of applications
Analyze users' needs and design, construct, test, and maintain computer applications software or systems
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
US Citizenship.
Active TS/SCI.
Required Experience:
7 years of professional experience in computer design, software development or computer networks
Desired Experience:
Possession of strong programming skills
Ability to develop algorithms and analyze and solve programming problems
Familiarity with C, C++, Java, Fortran and COBOL (less commonly)
Education and Certifications:
Master's degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in computer science

Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
