Come join our team of professionals at Chenega Military, Intelligence & Operations Support (MIOS) as a VTC Technician Mid-Level. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily support services for VTC and conference room systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine testing to ensure optimal performance of VTC and conference room equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and repair VTC and conference room equipment.
  • Schedule and coordinate VTC sessions.
  • Provide on-site support during business hours.
  • Draft SOPs for VTC operations.
  • Troubleshoot system failures and track usage.
  • Complete required training.
  • Record labor hours daily.
  • Travel as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 8570 IAT Level II Compliance required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Top Secret clearance required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience in system security.
  • Networking experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Crestron systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
