What you will do

Lets do this Lets change the world In this vital role you will be responsible for supporting the development and qualification of analytical methods, the characterization of protein-based biologic therapies, and process development activities.

Work in a cross-functional team environment to advance therapies in late-stage development.Analyze late-stage protein-based therapies with advanced analytical techniques such as capillary electrophoresis, liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, as well as other methods such as Ellmans assay, etc.Support the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of analytical methods, participate in qualifications, transfer, and validation experiments with focus on separation-based purity methods.Other duties include data analysis, preparation of electronic notebook records of experimental data, authorship of technical protocols and reports, presentation of results at team meeting, and support for regulatory filings as needed.Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory equipment.Collaborate with other scientists to support the development of innovative testing technologies.WinWhat we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree and 3 years of scientific / pharmaceutical experience ORMasters degree and 1 year of scientific / pharmaceutical experience ORPreferred Qualifications:Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related subject area.Excellent laboratory skills with 2+ years of experience in industry laboratories supporting analysis and characterization of protein therapies.Advanced technical expertise in analytical methodologies used to characterize protein therapeutics including CE-SDS, cIEF / icIEF, HIC, SEC, IEX, RP, HILIC, MS, etc.Experience handling, troubleshooting, and maintaining CE and LC instruments.Experience using CE and LC operation and data analysis software.Working knowledge of data processing and statistical analysis software tools.Ability to independently prioritize, schedule, and handle multiple tasks in order to meet results.Ability to work in a matrix team environment and collaborate optimally.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Experience with use of electronic notebooks.Hands on experience with method qualifications and transfers.Understanding of phase-appropriate GMP compliance and documentation.ThriveWhat you can expect of us As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates professional and personal growth and well-being. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
