We are looking for experienced and skilled restaurant managers with remarkable skills, who will run a store effectively and with attention to detail. As a Sonic Manager, your primary role is to serve our internal guest - the people who serve our guests in our restaurants on a daily basis. Our manager candidates are required to be in constant contact with their staff and guests. Manager Job Requirements:

● You have at least 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industries with proven success managing financial results

● Drive and determination -- think PASSION

● Confidence / Resourcefulness / Problem-solving skills / Organizational skills

● Commitment to quality food and exceptional guest service through personal involvement and training

● Teamworking skills - must be a team player and one to lead by example

● Verbal communication skills

● Involvement/understanding of managing inventory, labor costs, and overall control of financials

● Ability to mentor and train team members
