The Role

RocketReach is in a period of growth and we are looking for a Sales Development Representative located in the Midwest who will join the RocketReach SDR team You will be an integral part of building our inbound and outbound sales process as well as contributing to our stellar culture on the sales side of the organization. The addressable market for this role is huge, and the right salesperson will be able to dive in, execute, and create structure in a quickly growing sales environment. This role is located in the Midwest in the U.S. and the salary range is 40-55K OTE (USD).

What You Get To Do

  • Qualify inbound lead traffic leading to high quality meetings for the appropriate sales teams
  • Outbound calling, emails and multi-touch campaigns to both existing RocketReach users and new potential customers
  • Anticipate and overcome objections
  • Partner with AEs to identify and source new pipeline that leads to closed revenue
  • Dissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine if RocketReach can be a strategic investment for their business' growth
  • Build trust and reliability with both internal and external stakeholders

We are Looking For People Who

  • 1+ years of relevant professional experience (or relevant internship experience)
  • Experience outbound prospecting, emailing, and cold-calling
  • Experience using Salesforce and Outreach (or a similar email sequencer)
  • Driven, scrappy, and determined to grow a career in sales
  • A top performer in your current role, and feel motivated by monthly goals
  • Are excited to be a part of and have an impact on a rapidly growing, profitable startup
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, and product to introduce and educate prospects on the value of RocketReach's platform
