Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Sustainment Information (Systems Analyst). In this role, you will be a part of a fast-paced Sustaining Engineering Organization working to monitor, document, report, and correct data discrepancies identified within the F-35 Fleet. Additionally, the selected candidate will assist in the test and verification of engineering data products in order to prevent potential data conflicts and improve overall program quality. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of analyzing field data for the purpose of forecasting, root cause analysis, evaluation of potential issues, and assessment of corrective actions. Creating, delivering, and documenting corrective actions to resolve noted issues. Performing validation of data products and communicating with internal and external customers. Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, etc), Computer Science, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline.


• Ability to collaborate and integrate within high performance multi-functional teams


• Multi-tasking skills and strong communications skills


• Proficiency in MS Office tool suite


• Problem Solving skills

Desired Skills:


• Sustainment Engineering Experience


• Self-starter who identifies problems, determines, and acts on courses of action, and escalates to leadership when help, direction or approval is required.


• Ability to query databases using Structured Query Language (SQL).


• Basic experience with the engineering lifecycle

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
