Key job responsibilities


• Work from creative briefs alongside design directors, marketing, and project management to develop executions for web, digital, and offline marketing activities.


• Create best in class digital landing pages, digital media drivers and visuals that support and reinforce business objectives while partnering with business/marketing teams to ensure that designs meet brand and business needs.


• Collaborate closely with internal creative, copy, merchandising and marketing leads, as well as external vendors, to oversee the production process, guaranteeing the quality and excellence of unique customer-focused content.


• Identify opportunities to incorporate emerging marketing/branding trends and design innovations into creative and marketing strategies.


• Present concepts and produced work to stakeholders and internal customers, including senior management, in person and via video/phone.

Basic Qualifications

  • An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong visual communication, deep understanding of typography, color, digital executions, and great user-centered design solutions
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with visual and front-end web design
  • 2+ years of experience with fashion, fitness or brand-driven digital retail business
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as visual communications, interaction or graphic design

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent concept and creative development skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to work across multiple creative projects
  • Expert understanding of the web production process; familiarity with post-production retouching and working knowledge of the printing process
  • Experience designing motion graphics or video editing
  • Strong time management skills and ability to be self-directed as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Suite and Figma
  • Experience with print design
