Description:Responsible for the management of the centralized telemetry department, offering a system of high reliability and performance. Manages, monitors, and executes goals and expectations with oversight from the manager/director related to payroll management, daily telemetry operations, IT operations, and customer service. Supervision for the performance of all shift operations and staff. Prioritizes and works in a fast paced environment. Provides direction and development for the Telemetry Monitoring Technicians. Responsible for telemetry charge reconciliation and rounding on the floors. Also, responsible for monthly work schedules with oversight from the manager/director. Uses discretion and independent judgement while maintaining confidentiality. Communicated effectively both written and verbal.

Degrees: Bachelors
Additional Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Health Services. Experience in a healthcare environment, payroll, and budget preferred. Knowledgeable of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint application. Familiar with internet searches. Successful completion of an electrocardiogram course or experience. Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
