North Dallas - Hybrid 2 to 3 days in office

Super exciting opportunity for a Controller position with a PE backed company here in Dallas - they are situated in a hyper-growth market and this will report to a CFO

Compensation: $180-215K + Bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the month/quarter/year end close process
  • Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership
  • Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs.
  • Manage and review all financials
  • Develop and monitor business performance metrics
  • M&A heavy - will be working with purchase accounting and integrating acquisitions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field
  • CPA required
  • Public accounting experience highly preferred
  • PE backed environment preferred
