Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the Training Command of Training and Education Command of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.



Duties
  • You will manage the administrative activities of the Supply Branch Customer Service, Initial Issue Provisioning program, GCSS-MC User Accounts, and Garrison Property Inventory Management.
  • You will oversee the daily operations of supplies and services to provide direct supply support to supported customers.
  • You will utilize trends in supply activity, sources of supply, and other management tools to determine supply levels and manage transactions initiated by subordinate personnel.
  • You will establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for materiel and inventory management functions throughout the section.
  • You will investigate and evaluate input/output errors, determining through exhaustive research the cause and issues of errors.
  • You will instruct employees in specific tasks and job techniques and make available written instructions, reference materials, and supplies.
  • You will review, analyze and assist in implementing changes/modifications to formulate and develop internal policies, principles, and procedures necessary for implementing supply objectives.
  • You will performs supervisor duties in planning and assigning work, keeping in touch with status and progress of work, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, and prepare schedules.
