YOUR ROLE

Responsible for performing Warehouse Management system to be highly accurate in the accounting of company property. Coordinate/manage flow of goods and materials to/from docks to support delivery deadlines of inbound & outbound loads, while maximizing load productivity. Work with production personnel, to support timely delivery of product. Work with management to support timely delivery of production counts to customer. Meticulously maintain appropriate logs/records of inbound/outbound loads and inventory. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Maintain Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Perform various inbound and outbound CMMS/ILVS functions.
  • Process and file receiving and shipping documents.
  • Communicate to dispatch assigned loads to CEVA drivers to protect the needs of the customer.
  • Communicate with direct inbound drivers regarding proper locations for unloading, ensure inbound and reloads
  • are followed.
  • Generate supplier trouble reports when material does not match packing list for goods received. At end of shift,
  • check packing list and journal, making necessary corrections when required by specific procedures.
  • Communicate with customer and suppliers concerning load and material issues and status.
  • Manage Scanner/battery allocations to staff including trouble shooting equipment problems.
  • Manage and update various databases for training, process walks, performance, attendance, etc., which are
  • used for tracking process compliance, induced failures, internal/external errors, training history, etc.
  • Communicate performance issues with managements.
  • Manage hiring process for warehouse, including reviewing candidates' applications and resumes, schedule
  • interviews, sequencing and drug testing, paperwork, and maintain hiring system within Ceridian.
  • Telephone duties including but not limited to answering and directing phone calls, taking messages and checking
  • voicemail.
  • Order office supplies, various warehouse needs, labels and ribbons.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED; Less than one year related experience.
Skills:
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
  • Solid knowledge of the computer systems in use by customer.
  • Good physical skills on equipment and an aptitude for manual work.
