Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms (EDGP) is part of the larger Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) organization. EDGP improves the customer experience and drives business growth through robust enterprise-wide data policies and governance and enabling a data-driven culture, while developing digital and data platforms that provide insightful customer relationships and allow users to leverage enterprise-wide data capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Driving and maintaining a well-defined roadmap, articulating timelines, milestones, and deliverablesOwn project plans, provide status updates, timelines, meeting coordination at various band levels.Creating and updating dashboards to demonstrate progress for various data governance business initiativesGenerating visual collateral to display qualitative and quantitative progressPerforming regular updates and enhancements to collaboration sites (e.g. Confluence, SharePoint, Airtable, etc.)Establishing and maintaining KPIs and insights that report and track progress of data under governance management implementationBuilding relationships with business stakeholders to assess and document project needs Qualification Requirements: Project coordination and project management experience; high attention to detail and organizationCreative thinking to generate visual representation of business initiative progressExperience creating impactful executive collateralAbility to partner and influence across multiple teams, functional areas, and levels of leadership to drive results Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and encourage partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. High degree of organization, individual initiative and personal accountability and resiliencyAbility to develop solutions in ambiguous environmentsProven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment often with ambiguity and the need to make decisions with less than perfect information. Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
