Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities

A Supervise operations of a parking operations area; prepare work schedules, training outlines, team lead reports, and process payroll on a weekly basisAssist Senior Team Lead/Supervisor by making them aware of disciplinary action recommendationsComplete and issue Performance AppraisalsAssist Senior Team Lead/Supervisor with the information needed to respond to guests' written and verbal commentsResponsible for interviewing candidates for the Parking TeamOperate your area(s) within budgetEnsure areas/hosts have required equipment and suppliesIdentify and develop future Safety TrainersComplete daily written reports and maintain ongoing host journalsInteract with and build positive relationships with other departmentsReport all unsafe acts to appropriate managementAssuming Parking Team Member and/or Safety Trainer responsibilities when needed
Management reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties at any time

Educational and Experience Required

Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have a valid driver's license and proof of auto liability insuranceMay be required to provide a copy of personal driving record from home stateMust have less than three (3) traffic violations on record in the last three (3) yearsMust not have a DUI conviction in the past 15 years on recordMust be able to poses 20/20 vision (with or without corrective lenses)Ability to speak in front of small and large groups of peersBasic computer skillsValid driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance for use of company vehiclesAbility to analyze and remember informationAbility to understand and apply basic math skills for use in budgets, schedules and time sheetsAbility to take initiative, self-supervisingAble to memorize written safety standards and/or scriptsAbility to read/write, comprehend instructions and communicate in EnglishSubmit and pass a pre-employment drug screening and background checkAbility to train others in a positive yet constructive mannerPrior experience training or leading a staff of 30+ employeesParking or transportation experience preferredSales experience preferred
