Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Talent Advisor to join our team. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and success of talent placements with our client companies. Working closely with the Business Development Manager. The Talent Advisor will cultivate strong relationships with both potential and current client companies to understand their unique talent acquisition needs and ensure the best-fit candidates are identified and placed.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize all tools and marketing materials provided by HireVenture, ensuring your success with top-of-the-line resources. At HireVenture, we stand behind our talent and equip you with everything you need to excel in your role.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to understand client company requirements and expectations for talent acquisition.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client companies throughout the talent acquisition process, providing guidance, support, and expertise.
  • Conduct thorough intake meetings with client companies to gather detailed information about job requirements, company culture, and desired candidate profiles.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including database searches, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with client company needs.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies, providing guidance and support to both parties throughout the process.
  • Gather feedback from client companies and candidates post-interview to facilitate communication and address any concerns or issues.
  • Manage the offer negotiation process, including salary negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding assistance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and placements in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and offer negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused, with a genuine desire to help clients and candidates achieve their goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM and ATS software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
