Minimum Requirements:

  • MSN or DNP Degree from an accredited Nursing School
  • 8 years of NICU nursing experience and 3 years as a NICU Director
  • Experience in a teaching hospital setting is preferred

Certification/Registration/Licensure:

  • Valid TX RN License or Compact State RN license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Specialty Nursing Certification is a plus
