Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the designated department, including financial management, personnel, quality improvement, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered services.

Job Summary:
- Manage the fiscal aspects of multiple departments, including budgeting, revenue analysis, and resource optimization.
- Implement quality management practices to enhance patient services and monitor performance indicators.
- Provide leadership and support to various stakeholders within and outside the organization.
- Promote a collaborative work environment and ensure the safety and functionality of department facilities.

Minimum Requirements:
- MSN or DNP Degree from an accredited Nursing School
- 8 years of NICU nursing experience and 3 years as a NICU Director
- Experience in a teaching hospital setting is preferred
Certification/Registration/Licensure:
- Valid TX RN License or Compact State RN license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Specialty Nursing Certification is a plus
