Summary
Lincoln Electric is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrative Coordinator for our Euclid, OH headquarters.

The Quality Assurance Administrative Coordinator will work within our Consumables business unit, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the precision and reliability of our quality assurance processes and administrative structure for the department.

What You Will Do

  • Time and

Attendance Management:
Maintain accurate records using Flexnet for Euclid Consumable QA employees.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary contact for CenitConnect (process and project management tool), providing guidance and support to streamline operations.
  • Procurement and Inventory: Verify, order, and manage tools, equipment, and chemistry required for weld plate preparation and quality assurance.
  • Equipment Coordination: Coordinate the maintenance and supply of QA analytical equipment, ensuring readiness and reliability.
  • Safety and Training: Manage safety protocols and job training, scheduling classes to enhance the skills of Consumable QA employees.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee the QA work instructions master binder list and distribution, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
  • Specification Control: Manage the distribution of controlled copies for Consumable Division specifications, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Database Management: Handle databases and job descriptions integral to QA operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Assign merit rating point dispositions for rejections according to Quality Assurance Manager guidelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Operational Impact: Understand and manage the implications of Special, Permission Note, and non standard production runs on assigned duties.
  • Compliance and Familiarity: Maintain familiarity with all specifications and procedures within the Euclid Consumable Division to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Required Experience and Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent; formal technical and/or quality training preferred.
  • Highly motivated with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Organizational skills with a focus on maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
  • Meticulous record keeping abilities.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn quality, continuous improvement (CI), and auditing concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with personal computers, including Windows(R) OS, Microsoft Office, Apriso, SAP, and QUEST.
  • Understanding of manufacturing operations
  • Familiarity with quality assurance tools, procedures, measurement techniques, and test equipment a plus
  • Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate equipment needs during non production times.
