About the Quality and Performance Team:

The Augmedix Quality Performance Team is part of our Operations department. This team plays a vital role in maintaining the quality of our Augmedix scribe's notes and deliverables. This team leverages in-depth auditing and root cause analyses to maintain full compliance on every note taken by our team members in the US and abroad. Project Managers identify opportunities for system wide improvement to effectively optimize scribe time and resources.

About You:

If you have a passion for healthcare, healthcare technology, and are drawn to analysis and auditing, then your skills may be perfectly aligned for this position. The day to day of this role requires someone who is able to assess what is going well and help us correct the things that could be better. Performance Specialists work cross-functionally with several departments in the organization. This opportunity explores: quality auditing, process improvement, project management, content development, analysis, and much more

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the main liaison between business leaders across Global Vendor Operations, Product, Account Management and Sales.
  • Review medical documentation and objectively provide feedback in a direct, clear, and concise manner
  • Identify and analyze improvement opportunities by leveraging deep understanding of the Augmedix business and each scribe's unique challenges and workflows
  • Responsible for developing, executing and monitoring projects plans and timelines to ensure deliverables are met
  • Monitor compliance with all policies and processes across all Operations teams
  • Oversee customer satisfaction for accounts

Requirements:

  • High level of attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy
  • Background in healthcare and/or medical documentation highly preferred, but not required
  • Advanced ability to effectively lead one or more projects with competing demands of a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Adaptable to quickly changing priorities.
  • In depth critical thinking skills to evaluate issues and identify a potential solution. Creatively addresses complex or new problems.
  • Advanced communication skills; including verbal and written, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising and counseling skills. Clear and concise communicator.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, including but not limited to: problem-solving, teamwork development, leadership with other team members. Works well with others who do not report to them in order to achieve common goals.
  • Must be highly organized, able to manage data, track statistical and qualitative trends
  • Experience in Performance Management, Quality Assurance, Operations, Customer Success and/or Consulting
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required
