The Digital and Social Coordinator is responsible for providing overall support to the initiatives put forth by the IMC team (specifically website, analytics, social media and content).

This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop integrated communications, ensuring that deliverables are executed flawlessly and on brand.


The responsibilities of this position include:
Overall
Support the Senior Director of IMC on administrative duties
Help monitor digital trends and competitive intelligence and analyze the impact of Chobani's digital and social executions monthly/quarterly
Help manage Influencer database and rout all contracts through legal
Help coordinate key meetings, contact reports, legal reviews, and ongoing status reports
Assist with daily tasks including PO requests, invoice management, budget tracking, and artwork routing, as needed
Perform other duties as necessary
Administrative Support
Oversee the completion and submission of travel and expense reports in a timely fashion
Provide administrative support to Senior Director
Social
Editorial
Assist with the development of digital plans, content, and other tools for new product launches and other promotions
Help draft decks for internal updates for internal review
Help share out digital and marketing updates with other departments, whether its setting up a meeting, sending out an email notification to teams or drafting a CTW blurb
Keeping track of key metrics, ensuring we are tracking in one document and reporting out as necessary
Assisting with developing and maintaining editorial calendars, coordinating key check-ins and helping to craft feedback/recaps as necessary
Assist in development and management of 50 plus contracts for influencers with community engagement manager and legal team
Assist with international social media content review with community manager and legal team
Help identify opportunities to drive content integration efforts for key marketing programs, seasonal campaigns, audiences, and merchant initiatives
Support social marketing for Caf , trade shows and events as needed
Gather comps for all content shoots
Digital
Support digital platform manager with daily tasks associated with internal and external meetings
Maintain calendars and timelines for website with digital platform manager
Partner with manager on IT bi-weekly meetings
Assisting with developing and maintaining digital backend and frontend calendars, coordinating key check-ins and helping to craft feedback/recaps as necessary
Help draft decks for internal updates for internal review

CRM
Maintain master list of emails and break into relevant segments
Help draft decks for media placement updates for internal review
Assist with developing templates with creative department
Assist in compiling competitor and other relevant emails for inspiration

The requirements of this position include:
Bachelor's degree required
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience stretching across broadcast digital, social, events, and sponsorships
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to think creatively
Be entrepreneurial in spirit
Proven ability to be nimble, dynamic, and able to adjust to changing business needs
Must possess a strong work ethic and be an enthusiastic team player
