Report to the Head of Automation Engineering or Principal/Manager Engineer. You will provide technical support, lead investigations, implement corrective actions and change controls, complete validation qualifications, and leads projects. You will also troubleshoot equipment-related issues and develop sound engineering solutions to address identified problems, perform engineering tasks for the design, procurement, fabrication and/or commissioning phases associated with standard or custom systems.

You will work onsite at our CSL Seqirus in Holly Springs, NC location. This role can be from 7am-4pm OR 1pm-9pm (pending what fits your schedule). ResponsibilitiesOversaw all processes and supported automation systems at the site.Provide Process Engineering guidance and expertise globally to automation systems and capability across the manufacturing network.Define the automation engineering support strategy and organization to ensure reliable, safe operation of the process equipment and utility systems during and after installation.Technical subject matter expert who participates in cross-functional teams to lead and ensure the automation systems are designed and operate reliably to meet the overall our goals across the Holly Springs site.Advocate for the Seqirus Values & Behaviours. Rewards/encourage the right behaviors.Utilize the diversity of team members to achieve success.Assist others in solving problems when possessing familiarity or past exposure.Problems are typically solved by drawing upon prior experience and analyses of issues.Apply advanced functional and technical expertise issues affecting the team.Develop skills in several areas, identifying ways to use new skills to improve processes within the team.Be a source of technical expertise, serving as a role model for others, displaying functional capability and acquiring new skills. Qualifications: 2 years experience in Engineering within a pharmaceutical manufacturing operation or in a pharmaceutical operation - A past internship, co-op or shadowing in an Automation type rolePrevious work with customers, design teams, contractors, and managementBachelors degree in a related field Different qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements.
